Return Policy

Returns are processed via our Return Portal. We do not offer refunds to the original method of payment. Refunds are issued in the form of a digital MMKAY gift card, which will be sent via email to the email address used at checkout. The digital MMKAY gift card will be issued for the exact amount you paid for the item(s).

All returned merchandise must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of any stains, makeup or deodorant marks, with all tags in place and with the original invoice. Kindly note, we will not honor your return with the tags unattached or visible sign of wear. 

Item(s) must be sent in their original packaging. Inside your package, please enclose the original invoice when returning item(s). 

Your item(s) must arrive back to us within 14 days from the day your order was delivered. Once we receive your returned package, we will inspect and immediately process your refund as a digital MMKAY gift card. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

Items on sale or purchased with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange Policy

If an item is still available in the size you are wanting to exchange for, we highly recommend purchasing the item so that it does not sell out. Once we receive your return, we will initiate your return and process your digital MMKAY gift card.
